We have regular Open Evenings at all the venues listed below (scroll down to view).

A demonstration is usually followed by a presentation from the Club Instructor, including all the details you require before joining.

If you miss the club Open Evening contact the Information Helpline (details below) and speak with the club Instructor who will be able to answer any questions you may have about training and they will offer advice on the most appropriate time to arrive, costs, etc. Alternatively, contact the helpline by e-mail for a quick response from one of our dedicated team.
