Louise began training mainly for fitness and self-defence. Her confidence also improved very early on, when as a yellow stripe, she took part in her first competition and won bronze in a Ladies Team event.  After that experience she went on to compete in as many competitions as she could and has earned many titles along the way.

 

As a Tae Kwon-Do student Louise has always found time to train 2-3 times a week and feels the social side to training very important, “getting you through the times when you feel training is getting a bit tough!”

 

As an Instructor Louise has a lot of experience in all aspects of training and likes to include plenty of variety into her classes.
